    Inspired by the coastal kitchens of the region and recipes passed down through generations, Chef Alessio presents Italian classics including Caprese, Carpaccio di Manzo, Crema di Burrata and Insalata di Mare, before giving way to a selection of handmade pastas such as Ravioloni, Spaghettoni, Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino and Rigatoni Arrabbiata.   • We went for a Sunday Brunch. As always, they have maintained their standard. The service was impeccable, Vaibhav was attentive throughout and added to the experience. While every single food item was good, I was just floored by the sushi counter. Chef Dorje does an amazing job with the sushi. Great experience and we certainly recommend this place .
